At Suncoast Software Systems our mission is to ensure that you have the software which will suit your purpose. We are not interested in "re-designing the wheel" so if there is an existing reasonable alternative, then we will recommend it.

There is no excess functionality to confuse users and overly complicate use. Most generic software has to include all of the functionality users MIGHT need;
Program modifications/enhancements can be done easily. In generic software, modifications are done on a very irregular basis and are done to meet the needs of ALL clients, not just you. If what you want doesn't meet the general needs of the user base, it will not be done;
Program modifications are done quickly. Suncoast Software Systems can normally meet most change requests within days, rather than the months or years required in large scale generic programs;
Personalised, individualised maintenance and support.

A large user base means the software has been extensively tested;
Generic software is normally cheaper as the large user base results in a lower per unit price;
Support available through the user group e.g. internet forums.
